Join 13th Flow for a 4 week Weightlifting series focused on developing skill, technique and strength in the snatch. The workshop series includes:
WHAT: Four 90 minute workshops
WHEN: Sundays (1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17) at 9:30-11:00am
WHERE: 13th Flow, 30 W. Garfield Blvd, Chicago IL 60609
WHO: This workshop is for all levels. Work will be based on progressions and emphasize building a strong foundation and understanding of weightlifting fundamentals
Registration includes FREE programming (two days per week between each of the workshop sessions)!
