4 Week Running Strength & Conditioning Series
Join 13th Flow for a 4 week series focused on developing skill, technique, strength & conditioning for runners and endurance athletes. The workshop series includes:
WHAT: Four 90 minute workshops
WHEN: Sundays (1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17) at 7:45-9:15am
WHERE: 13th Flow, 30 W. Garfield Blvd, Chicago IL 60609
WHO: This workshop is for all levels. Content will be based on movement technique, strength and maintenance exercises, and progressive development for running & endurance athletes
Registration includes FREE programming (two days per week between each of the workshop sessions)!
