4 Week Kids Strength & Conditioning Series
Join 13th Flow for a 4 Week Kids Strength & Conditioning Series designed to educate young people ages 6-15 bout training through a fun, challenging environment. Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to train, and learn about themselves in the process. The workshop series includes:
WHAT: Four 90 minute workshops
WHEN: Sundays (1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17) at 1-2:30pm
WHERE: 13th Flow, 30 W. Garfield Blvd, Chicago IL 60609
WHO: This workshop is for all levels. Work will be based on progressions and emphasize building a strong foundation and understanding of weightlifting fundamentals
Registration includes FREE programming (two days per week between each of the workshop sessions)!
